It was alittle shocking that he was the first person that Hunter talked to and the guy vocalize his words by writing them down, but it was true. Maybe the fact that he was doing the actually talking made him feel more at ease...or could be something more.
He smiled some. No, your handwriting it very pretty I like reading it. He said, blushing some at how bold he sounded and had to look back to the racks of cloths to keep his face from turning red like a tomato.

If Vincent thought he was taken aback before with Hunter, now he was even more confused. His sister would shower him with compliments about his handwriting but never has a random stranger said it was pretty. A small blush of his own crept across his cheeks while Hunter started to look over to the clothing wracks again. He cleaned the board off again before setting it in his lap. Carefully he made his way from around the counter and over to where Hunter was, his movements almost seeming hesitant as he wheeled his way over. He picked up his board again, smoothing out the blanket covering his lap and useless legs before writing.
"That's very nice of you to say. At least you are willing to listen to what I say."
Sure Dahlia listened to him when he signed words or they were in general conversation, but he knew he needed other people aside from his sister to talk to. His friends back at his aunt's house would barely even listen to him when he had a voice, the instant he lost it the silence between all of them seemed even worse. In all honesty Vincent missed being able to easily talk with other like he was doing somewhat with Hunter right now.

If Hunter hadn't seen Vincent at school, he would have never thought that the other was in a wheelchair when Vincent wheeled himself out from behind the counter. He did wonder what happened to Vincent to make him become handicapped, but wouldn't dare to ask till he got to know the other better.
He read what Vincent had written out and just smiled some. People say I am more of a listener anyway......not a social butterfly....[/color He admitted.
He grabbed a chair that was near by and sat down to be more at eye level with Vincent. Maybe we can hang out at school..... He said softly.

Vincent let his smile falter slightly at hearing the other wasn't much of a social person but it hesitantly brightened up know he could be the same way. He looked at the other confused when Hunter grabbed one of the chairs and sat in it. Vincent didn't really have it click in his head that this was a means to be eye level but started to write again at the mention of hanging out at school.
"That could be interesting. Maybe I wouldn't be ran over by everyone in the halls that way. You'd think a school would do better with handicap access."
Vincent had been learning to be more light-hearted about all his health issues, his sister helping with that for sure. He didn't seem as nervous as before as he twisted the cap of the marker some out of distraction.

When Hunter did see Vincent in the hallway, he often had the urged to help the boy with carrying his books or just making sure he could get to his classes since people tend to push and shove in the hallways. The school wasn't wheelchair friendly, that was for sure. He smiled some. Be kinda like your own guard. He said.
He leaned forward some, resting his elbows on his knees and looked up at Vincent, Do you like video games? He asked curiously.

Vincent smiled brighter at Hunter saying he could be like his guard. The thought of not being elbowed or rolled out of the way was a nice thought, but the witch wasn't one to want to put others out of the way. He blinked as if confused at the sudden question on video games, he had watched kids play them from outside the game store and arcade, but he had never taken the time to try them. Dahlia had raised him with a lack of tech due to both their aunts and the woman's love of Victorian, so the thought of playing video games was interesting to him. He started to clean the board then writing again as to explain.
"I've kinda been raised with a lack of things like that, but I've been very curious of them. Why?"
He held the board up, a curious look on his face to match the words on the board.

He looked at the other, hearing his thoughts and tried not to look stun when Vincent said that he had never really been experience when it came to games. It surprised him because most teenage boys at least played one game in their lives. Guess it was just how Vincent was raised.
I've always wanted someone to play with me, maybe I can teach you I am a wiz at games. He said with a smile.
He pulled out his Ipad and turned it on, handing the tablet to Vincent. He opened a game called Angry Birds out. Here, I'll show you how to play this game, its pretty simple. He said, showing Vincent on how to play the game, gently grasping the others fingers to show him how to make the birds go.

Vincent gave his faint chuckle at the other's stunned expression and words of being very good at such games. His eyes widened the slightest touch as he put his white board on his lap only to have one of the electronic devices placed before him. He carefully took the device into his hands as odd music it was played from it. He could already tell he would like the appearance of the game from how bright and colorful it was. He seemed to tense up some when Hunter took hold of his hand to show him how to play, but pushed the pained memories that were wanting to surface as he took in the information on how this game worked. He was hesitant on trying it on his own before he actually understood the point of the game.
He couldn't help to light up some from it as he was getting the hang of it. It made him think back to how he found the television as a form of magic as a little kid, but he knew what real magic was now. He looked over to Hunter and gave a bright and cheery smile, using it as his way of showing he was enjoying the little device without having to use his board and marker.

Once Vincent got the hang of it, he sat back down and just watched. The bright and cheery smile only made him smile and couldn't help but to think how pretty of a smile Vincent had. Maybe he should make it to where he can get Vincent to smile alittle bit more.
He moved his chair so it was beside of Vincent's, peering over to see how he was doing. Vincent was rather good, probably better than he was at the game. Wow, your better at this game than I am. He commented and smiled.

Vincent seemed to have the mechanisms memorized now as he kept playing for a moment. He still smiled brightly over at Hunter for a moment before playing again. He didn't like that the goal was revenge in the game but he still couldn't help enjoy it slightly. He looked over confused at being told he seemed better at the game then Hunter himself. He handed the device back to the other for a moment, realizing then he had moved to sit next to him, so as to write out words.
"It's the very first game I've ever played. Are there more like this?"
Vincent was very much curious about more of these video games, making him not realize his sister had walked in and was starting to busy herself at the counter. The mask maker held a bright red smile on her lips as she watched her brother make friends, something she hasn't seen him do in a very long time.

Damien watched Vincent enjoy the game. He didnt even noticed a woman come into the shop and gently took the tablet back from him."Yeah I have a lot more on this and I have a ps3 and Xbox 360 that you could play." He added with a smile and smelt another witch in here.
He looked up now and saw a woman behind the counter, simply smiling at the two and wondered if this was Vincent's sister? They certainly smelled alike. He bite his lip nervously as he looked at her for a minute and then back to Vicente and wondered if he knew that she was there.

Vincent had never heard of such devices before but he definately wanted to try them at some point. He was about to start asking how the other games worked but noticed how Hunter's attention was taken now by something else. He held a look of confusion on his face before following his line of sight and seeing his sister leaning on the counter with a grin on her face. He couldn't help to feel near embarassed as he made to turn his chair and face his sister. He started to sign something to her but she only laughed as she walked around from behind said counter.
"Now now, no need to think you did something bad. I'm so happy to see you're making friends! Now will you introduce Dahlia to this young man here?"
She looked to be dressed in a bizarre victorian dress that looked a bit too dark even for the time period it was modeled from. Dark makeup rimmed her eyes and her hair styled in bright pink curls as she was now standing near the boys. Vincent signed hunter's name out to his sister before moving to write out an explanation for Hunter.
"This is my sister Dahlia. She's the one that runs the shop."
He seemed to have turned less energetic but at the same time still seemed rather happy. It's not that his sister was bad or anything, she was just what most humans would call a bit crazy.

Damien couldn't take his eyes off the witch that was behind the counter. She seem almost..happy that Vincent was talking to someone? Was this his sister, they smelt alot alike. She was dressed oddly, looking more like she had been transported here from another time.
She came out from behind the counter and he just looked at her then to Vincent who started to sign language his name he assumed and he looked at what Vincent wrote out on his board.
Um nice to met you...I'm Hunter. He said softly and couldn't help but to look bashful and alittle nervous now.

Dahlia was grinning like a cat that had caught the canary as Hunter introduced himself to her. Vincent couldn't help but worry some over the older witch scaring the other away but noticed she was seeming to tone things down some. She gave a little curtsy as she kept her painted lips in a smile.
"it's very much a pleasure to meet you! I'm dahlia but please call me Dahl. Now I'll just be gone a sec, Vivi needs his meds for the day."
It was very clear Vincent was babied by his sister even at his age. He nearly slammed his board against his head as he was very much embarrassed by his sister. He started to sign in an aggressive manner, not exactly wanting to go through with his shot and pills. He gave an annoyed sigh as his sister ignored her. He started to write on his board and showed it to Hunter.
" she still thinks I'm too brittle to take care of myself. Sorry if she seems weird."
He looked near nervous as his sister came back with a syringe and a container with his pills. He rolled up one of his sleeves and looked away. He never really liked this part of the day, it just never say well with him.

He almost let out a small laugh at the way Vincent almost slammed the board against his head at the way his sister treated him. He was honestly alittle jealous of Vincent, he had someone that clearly loved him dearly and wanted to take care of him. His foster parents really only became foster parents because they get a check from the government, not because they loved children or felt sorry for them.
He read what Vincent wrote out on his board and just smiled, sitting back and watched the two interact. He saw the needle and became alittle nausea's at the sight and even had to look somewhere else. She cares for you though.... He whispered softly to Vincent with a smile.
