Well this was certainly turning into a very odd event. He watched as the fire witch had simply cast a fireball in the hunters directions, causing the already dead body to burn now. The smell of burnt flesh made his noise twitch, but didn't bother him to much. He knew that this wasn't a safe location now, the smoke was already starting to rise to the canopy and any hunter within a five or even fifty mile radius would be curious and venture out, out of curiosity.

He said nothing though, just watched as the brothers tend to the others wound. He finally spoke up and said. It's best to leave, more hunters will see the smoke and come here... He warned, pulling out his phone and called the pup he was suppose to train and told him to not come to the forest, since now it had became to dangerous for the new born to handle.

Kaleb allowed Kolt to fuss over him, the shirt the fire witch was wearing being removed and torn up so as to make makeshift bandages for his brother and himself. Kaleb looked at the burnt fleshy face of the hunter and nearly puked but refrained from it as Kolt picked him up. He was in protection mode of his twin now and nothing was going to stop that. Kaleb was trying to fight his emotions so as to stop a massive storm from just pouring down on them as he just wanted to sink into the back of his mind again.

"Was our name on that list? I saw you grab paper off one of those hunters...."

One could hear the watery sound in his voice but Kolt seemed to work with shushing his twin. It wouldn't be the first time that a hunter would have been sent after them but it was still very much w terrifying thing for Kaleb every time as it always meant Kolt would fall into a rage and be extremely destructive. Said fire witch started to walk, not even caring if Jack was going town seer Kaleb or follow along with them or anything of that nature.

Once Jack got off the phone with the new member of his pack, he looked to the water witch who asked if their names were on the list he had confiscated from the dead hunter. Not exactly, he only had a list of what species he was going after, he merely picked you two out since tonight he seemed to be going after only witches. He said.

The fire witch had merely picked his wounded brother up and was starting to carry him off. Jack just watched for a moment, wondering if going that was was such a good idea. He sigh softly, he had nothing better to do anymore, might as well follow.

He kept his distance though, looking more at Kaleb and wondered what would happen if the fire witch suddenly died, what would the water witch do then. It was apparent that the fire witch had to do all the work, which wasn't a good thing in his opinion.

Kaleb listened but Kolt was focusing on reaching a safe place to let them hide so as to stay away both from their mother and the hunters running around. Kaleb never understood hunters but just tried to picture them as scared humans. He could tell something was bugging Jack with how he was staring at him. He looked back, not even so much as trying to move out of Kolt's arm knowing his twin wouldn't like that.

"I'm not as weak as I seem. Kolt knows when I have a bad day what it can do to me. But I guess that comes from how we're bound. Did you notice how we're both hurt?"

He lifted his wounded arm and pointed over to Kolt's arm that had the exact same scratch. Their bond was that strong that it afflicted their bodies as one and not two separate things. The twins would never have to worry about being without the other in life as they litterally wouldn't survive if one of the, died.

Jack didn't know how to make of a brotherly like relationship. He was a only child growing up, but his father had a brother and they only got along because his uncle was the alpha of the Stone pack, while his father was simply second in command. Their relationship was always rocky, mainly because his father was always challenging his own brothers orders and status.

He simply watched as the water witch looked back at him, explaining that he was normally not weak and that he was only having a bad day. Must have been hell of a day in his opinion, but stayed quite as he followed the two.

If you like we could always go to my cabin....I have one here in the woods to keep my pack and me safe from the hunters. He said.

Kaleb kept watching Jack in silence while Kolt continued to walk. Brown eyes were starting to rim blue as the weather was causing a magic build up in his body. He looked dazed, almost as if his mind wasn't even there when Jack spoke up again. Kolt mostly ignored what the wolf said but Kaleb pulled on his brother's shirt to get his attention.

"Let's go there. Home still isn't safe for us okay? You can put me down too."

Kaleb gave an assuring smile as he was finally allowed to walk, his step wobbly for a moment but only due to his partially swimming a tiny bit. Kolt kept him steady by holding onto his arm, though the limbs seemed hooked around each other while they held hands. Both boys looked back at Jack as if asking to lead the way.

Once the water witch agreed and it seem that the fire witch would go anywhere the other went, he just simply started walking to his left now. The cabin he had mention was more like a two story log house. The thing about it was, was that it was protected by magic. He had asked Amanda to put a spell on the house to only make it visible to the wolves of his pack and whoever Jack wanted to see it.

As they walked, he finally stopped in a small clearing till he just walked again and the house became visible to the brothers. He walked up to the front door and opened it. The inside was rather beautiful and it looked much bigger on the inside than it did on the out.

The twins followed silently, both picking up on the hum of consealing magic in the air before the building appeared. Kaleb still had blue trying to consume the brown of his eyes but for the most part appeared fine as he walked inside first. Both looked around for a moment, Kolt being suspicious of everything while Kaleb looked to enjoy it. He looked over at jack with a smile, his energy looking to start to come back to him.

"It's a pretty place you have hear. Who's the witch that put a spell on it? The hum of her magic is kinda strange."

He didn't mean it as a bad thing but Kaleb was far more tuned to magic than his twin and was always curious of other magic types when he came across them. Unlike in battle Kaleb was the one that seemed to be in charge and control while Kolt was a silent shadow. It could a little unnerving to people but the water witch had grown so used to it he never even thought of it.

Her name is Amanda, she's my baby momma. He revealed as he started to make a fire to get the house more warm. There were pictures of him holding a auburn hair infant all over the walls and fire place mantal.

Once the fire was going, he took his shoes and coat off. Make yourself at home. He offered as he sat down on the couch.

Kaleb was looking around calmly, staring at some of the pictures. He lifted a finely manicured hand to touch a picture, but stopped to ghost just above it. Kolt made sure to remain as his brother's shadow while the water witch spoke.

"that could explain the strange hum to the spell. Emotion is clearly sealed inside."

Both boys gave mildly odd looks at being told to make themselves at home. Home was a tiny bit rocky for them at the moment and neither needed to expose anymore on who they were and the dangerously close bond they shared. Kaleb still allowed his eyes to wonder, their color still having a tiny bit more of the blue mix into the natural brown. Neither boys knew what to do until both seemed to flinch for a moment, a sting starting to build in the cuts on their arms. Kaleb seemed slightly embarassed before looking up at Kolt.

He led his brother to sit down on the sofa on the end away from Jack before untying the make shift bandage from Kolt's arm. The fire witch was as still as stone as Kaleb drew water out of the air and over the cut. Soft spoken words in Latin left Kaleb's lips as the cut slowly healed on Kolt, the cut also healing on his own arm in the process. It was a process that seemed to relax the both of them no matter how stressed or in pain they both could be.

Jack watched as the water witch gently ghosted his manicured nail over the picture of him holding his infant daughter, Kailah. He looked back now to the big, blank screen TV and turned it on. He decided to watch some football and heard a slight hiss.

He watched for a moment as the two brothers started to heal the wounds on each others arm. The bond between them was very strong and even alittle weird, but he didn't say anything.

The cuts healed cleanly, there not even being so much as a faint scar line on either of them. It was a skill Kaleb had mastered quickly, knowing scars didn't need to marr either of them. Both boys looked over to the screen of the television, Kolt seeming to latch onto it more so than Kaleb. Neither boys were very much into sports of this nature but none the less got comfortable and stared, Kaleb's more blank than Kolt's.

"How long have you been part of this town? I'm not too sure I remember seeing you ever."

Kaleb looked back to jack, the rain starting to die down as was the magic build up in his body as his curiosity sprung up inside.

He turned the volume down to the TV, he could hear who was winning with his heightened sense of hearing so there was no need for it to be blasting. He sigh softly and looked up at the two brothers, hearing the water witches questions. I've been here for about ten years now. He said.

He had ran away from Romanian when he was sixteen years old. Being apart of that world was to painful for him, plus the woman who took care of him would never be able to love or care for him like his mother did.

What about you? He asked them curiously.

Kaleb wasn't surprised to hear the length of time Jack had been here but at the same was trying to figure out how he hadn't seen him before. The water witch was clinging to Kolt's arm almost as if in warmth while said twin remained still as stone. Kaleb was still picking at his brain some trying to figure out if he had seen Jack or not before when the wolf asked how long they had been there.

"Well I'd have to say about four or so years now? We used to move around a lot so its nice to be in one place for this amount of time."

Fading blue eyes looked up to the ceiling as if still thinking before Kolt tugged his arm some so as to get his brother's thoughts out of the clouds he loved so much.

He got up then after the water witch said that they have been here for about four years and headed to the kitchen to make himself something to drink. He came back out with a bottle of vodka and a small glass that had some ice cubes in it.

He sat down and started to make his drink, pouring barely a half glass full and drowned the whole thing in one gulp. Jack used to be abit of a alcoholic, but he was better than how much he consume since he had Mason now in his life and a new born daughter, both he had to change for the better.
