Andre had been trying to clean up a bit, holding back more of his new agressive nature and things. He had his life going a bit more calm now since being turned into a werewolf. He still couldn't help to still feel a bit on edge after being turned into a small dog, but he was starting to enjoy life. Recently though he had been planning to get a little someting for his mate Pain. The ex hunter had been looking at rings of many designs, trying to find something that could show he was devoted to the human even when he wasn't actually there. Tonight he had planned a romantic evening with said human, hopefully finding a means to see if the ring would actually fit Pain.

Standing outside the door, he ran a hand through his recently cut hair, not sure of what Pain would think of it before knocking. He was trying to be romantic, even asked Vincent and some of his packmates on what to do for his mate. He had planned a nice evening out that he hoped would go uninterrupted and put a smile on the human's face.

Pain was excited about tonight. Andre had apparently planned a special evening for them and he was trying to decide what to wear. He picked out skinny jeans, white shirt with a simple black jacket. He put on converses and threw a beanie over his hair. He heard the door knocked and quickly opened it, smiling at his love and kissed him deeply. "I've missed you." He said with a huge smile.

He gathered his things before he locked his apartment."So where are we going?" He asked.

Andre gave his usual crooked smile when greeted by Pain, clearly not holding much of a mask on his features at the moment. He accepted the kiss, not seeming to want to let go as Pain pulled away.
"I missed you too. Tried to clean up before heading over."
As he said that he ran his hand through his much shorter hair again, as if he missed it being so long like before. He took hold of one of pain's hands and started to lead the way to the car once the apartment was locked up. He seemed to smirk, opening up the door for Pain to get in.
"just an evening for us, a little dinner. I just hope you like it."
He was trying his hardest not to be nervous, but it read clearly in his eyes. He closed the door behind Pain before getting in on his side, driving off to the restaurant.

In all the excitement he'd almost didn't notice Andres hair was shorter. "You cut your hair?" He said, alittle stunned. He couldn't help but to run his hands through Andres hair and smiled."I like it, now I can see your handsome face better."he said with a smile.

He could tell Andre was nervous about something, but didn't put to much thought onto our and just smiled at his love once he got in the car. "I'll love it, just because I'll spend it with you." He said and wondered where they were going. "Are you okay,, you.seem nervous." He said.

Andre seemed to get a little more nervous then, afraid pain might not like his shorter hair. He relaxed a little though once hearing his human liked it. He even blushed, not sure how to take the other wanting to see his face more. To him, Pain always seemed to know what to say to get the wolf in him to relax. As they kept driving, he gave a nervous sounding chuckle at pain's statement.
"I've just never been good with trying to be romantic. I don't know what to expect and it scares me that you might not like it, with me or not."
He placed the car in park once arriving to the restaurant for the night. It wasn't too expensive but it was definitely a huge step up from their normal hang outs for nights out. Andre was being his best to be a gentleman, walking over and getting the door for Pain, simple things like that. One could see in his eyes that places like this werent the most comfortable for him, but he wanted to give pain a special night for once.

"I know I'll love it." He said with a smile and gave Andres hand a small squeeze. Once they pulled into a nice looking resturant, smiling at his boyfriend once the door was open for him. He got out, taking his boyfriends hand in his. They walked into the resturant together."Wow this place is really nice." He said with a smile. One they say down, he lied over at the menu. "What's the occasion?", he asked, looking up at Andre and gently took his hand in his. He was excited that Andre had taken him to a nice resturant, it was a step up from the usual places that they went.

Andre still seemed shy and a bit embarrassed of things but he seemed to be comforted some by the squeeze to his hand. He started to look over the menu for a moment, his expression starting to go a bit stony but it could be seen he was trying to fight it and not hide behind his usual mask. He looked up, icy eyes blinking at the question.
"i just want to try and show you I can be normal, romantic even. Just...I want to be a better person, for you."
Andre honestly was using this evening as a stepping stone on if he could present a promise ring of sorts to Pain. He was trying his hardest in this situation, wanting things to be perfect. He knew it might be a struggle to fight going under his stone mask, but for not he had the comfort of holding pain's hand to keep him relaxed enough.

He blushed some at Andres words and smiled." I think you're just perfect." He said and looked over the menu and decided what he wanted to order."I think I'll have some chicken parmesan....what about you?" He asked curiously and looked up. He took of his beanie, straightening out his spiked up hair and started to bite some at his lip ring. He did wonder if Andre was going to propose, that could be a possibility why he's being romantic like this all of a sudden. He tried not to say anything, he didn't want to put anything on Andre.

Andre gave a bit of a twitch of a smile, his usual crooked one widening the slightest at pain's words. He blinked over the change of subject, but managed to fall into place with it. He was starting to look over the menu then, his voice rather soft as the evening started.
"not sure to be honest, I'll find something though."
As they were looking over the menu they ordered drinks, starting to carry on with simple chatter. Since they had first met Andre had gotten much better at carrying on a conversation, something he could thank Pain for at some point. It seemed he was doing well with not hiding his expressions as much as he normally did in public, just enjoying Pain's company.

They carried on the conversation. Andre had become more sociable ever since they started dating, course he would love Andre either way."I love you." He said and leaned over, giving him a kiss on the cheek. He ordered a sweet tea and watched the waiter walk away before bringing their drinks back and some bread. "So what do you want to do afterwards?" He asked, wondering if his boyfriend had anything else plan after dinner.

Andre was seeming to just grow more comfortable, as if he wasn't trying to hide or suppress his emotions at all times. He gave a soft smile the I love yous, trying to restrain color going to his face since they were in public. He blinked icy eyes at the question, still a bit unsure about things going well tonight.
"I was going to leave that up to you. I felt if I tried to plan past dinner it wouldn't go so smoothly knowing my luck."
He gave a small chuckle at that, his eyes looking nervous, but much calmer than when the evening started. Every so often he couldn't help to glance around the room, accessing the others around them as if they could be a possible threat to Pain. It was mostly instinct really and he never picked up on himself doing such a thing, but majority of his attention was focused on Pain.

He smiled."Well maybe we can just go back to my house and watch.a movie." He offered. He really luge to jay spend time with Andre in a quiet setting. He knew how Andre was in a public setting, the wolf was highly protective of him. He noticed as Andre started to assess their surroundings as if making sure nothing or nobody was going to harm him. He got Andres attention as the later came back and asked if they were ready to order. pain was ready to order but he look at Andre to make sure that the other was ready.

Andre smiled then, believing he must be doing something right.
"that sounds like a plan."
He had to blink for a moment, realizing then what he had been doing with pain trying to get his attention. He gave a sheepish smile then, though not as big as the one before. As the waiter returned they did place their orders, the wolf wanting to just keep talking to Pain. He was doing his best to keep focus on his mate only and less on scoping the place out. It was little fight against instinct but he didn't want to make Pain have to draw him back in or to take all his attention away even for a moment.

The waiter took their orders and went to carry them out. He have a smile when Andre finally got his attention back to him. They talked and even flirted like they were just going out. The waiter came back and gave them their food, the food was delicious. "How's your food, mine is great." He asked and smiled. He didn't even notice someone has been watching him and apparently Andre didn't notice either since the two were so busy talking and enjoying each others company.

Andre was content with a remainder of the evening, seeming to get the hang of not only casual conversation but understanding when he was being flirted with. It brought back memories from when they met at the bar. Andre was still human then, but even as a "monster" he could still feel for Pain.
"It's good. I'm just glad to have the evening with you."
It seemed he picked up on something then, unable to help scope the room out then. He noticed a fall figure staring st them, his instinct to snarl to get the stranger to back off being withheld. It seemed said stranger got of wasn't wanted inside and gave one more glance at Pain before walking out. Sharp blues watched for a moment, not taking his eyes off the stranger til the man was outside. He almost instantly seemed to relax once the man was outside, not caring if said man was just waiting outside at this point. Andre behaved as if he hadnt had a stare down with a stranger moments ago, just sinking into conversation as if it more natural for him than it truly was.
