Finnley looked a bit curious with what Gale was doing with her phone after he answered her, but got an answer as she talked. He gave a nod as he put things away in the bag, making sure it was secured close before lifting it. It was a bit heavy, but nothing he couldn't handle since he kept himself in shape. He gave a big smile to Gale at the moment, trying to keep a normal volume with his words. "Alright, I really appreciate this. Ya ladies are saints ta me right now for helping. Ya just let me know when ya want ta take ya first kickboxing lesson. I'm more than wiling to teach to pay back for this."

It was probably for the best that their little training session had come to an end, Gale had other obligations and chores to do at home anyway. "Don't worry about it, neither of us are in a position to keep up our end of keeping people safe anymore." She said with a shrug. It was true though, they had both been forced to abandon their call in life by something greater than themselves, but they both seemed to have moved on just fine.
"Let me know if you want to try your hand at archery," she said. She hoped Finnley would get some practice in on his own and feel safe about going out in town now that he wasn't utterly unprepared. -- Maybe we can just end this with your next post?

Finley nodded, putting everything away in the bag of weaponry. He still felt he owed both the ladies something in return for all this, but would hold his tongue on the matter for now. He wasn't sure if they realized just how much this meant to him, being able to help is mom and others from getting hurt was something he thrived on. He shut the bag before walking back over to Gale. He hadn't really been around her enough to feel close, but he couldn't help to walk over to her and ensnare her in a tight bear hug. "Thanks again. I'm not so sure all this would have gone so well without you. Thank Emily for me ya?" He had a big grin on his face as he pulled away, moving to grab the bag. He heaved it over his shoulder, giving a wave to Gale as he left.
