Alexis hadn't gotten a lot of sleep after spending the night with Arya like that, but she hadn't really expected to either. They two sisters were up half the night just getting caught up and they still had plenty of centuries left to cover, but in the end, Alexis had had to tell her younger sister that she needed a few hours of shuteye if she were to be on top of her game the next morning when she took Damien to the Quarters to sort everything out before she could stick around for a bit.

Once her alarm went off, Alexis was dressed and had driven to pick up Damien, arriving at his doorstep at exactly the time they had agreed to meet up again. One thing that seemed to be a similarity with the two sisters was their innate need to be precise. They both seemed to hate running late for appointments or in general.

So as soon as Damien was ready, she drove them to the Quarters and parked the car. Reaching into her glove department, she pulled out a ring, quite similar to an ordinary daylight ring. "Take this, you'll need it." She said before she pulled out a necklace with the same insignia on it. "No one will question what you're doing here as long as you wear that. Are you ready?"

What Alexis didn't know was that there was already someone looking into the corruption at the Quarters. She had no idea about the werewolf and concealed superhuman that were searching for the same answers she was hoping Damien could help her find that day.

Damien was asleep, wrapped around Marcus and groaned when the alarm went off. He didn't want to wake up, but finally.drag himself out of bed. It took him less than 20 minutes to get ready and he headed outside once Alexis pulled up. The ride over there wasn't very eventful until they pulled into a underground parking lot. He looked at the ring she gave him and put it on. He looked at her again before saying."So basically you want me to read everyone's mind and whoever is guarded, those are the ones that are going to be a suspect?" He asked.

The blonde smiled slightly when Damien put the ring on. It was their insignia, everyone who had ever taken any oaths to join the Order had been given something with that symbol on it and the items were usually charmed. If a member of the Order died, the insignia on their piece of jewelry automatically faded away. Lending away the jewelry was also unacceptable, but Gabriel had decided to bend the rules just this once to make it possible for Damien to go about unnoticed.

"That is right, and if anyone should question what we're doing here, you came with me from the New York offices. If that still doesn't satisfy people, you can tell them you are my Guardian and that will shut them right up and it basically grants you the right to hurt anyone who tries to hurt me. So if a suspect gets a little frisky..." She couldn't help but smirk slightly at the thought. She was there to cleanse the safe house, no one said anything about the methods she had to use.

Getting out of the car, she waited until Damien was out before she locked the doors and guided Damien towards the entrance. Smiling at the security guard stationed out front, she handed over her 'transfer' papers, letting the guards know she had to enter and speak with the head of the house. "He's with me," she said and gestured to Damien.

The insides of the underground facility was pretty much the same as it was in New York, except the New York offices weren't mostly under ground. There were a lot more tall buildings in the big apple, so it wasn't suspicious, but here they had had to be clever. So Alexis guided Damien all the way to the office of the Agent in charge. Not only was it protocol for her to go see him first (as the guards had probably already alerted the younger vampire), but she figured it was a good place for Damien to start.

"I hope you don't mind I brought my own Guardian, I have a hard time adjusting to new faces," she said all innocent and coy as she handed him her papers.

He.was.pretty much quiet as they walked through the Order. He followed and.acted like he was her guardian. He read everyones mind a he walked by, nobody stuck out.so far. He stood as she handed some paperwork over to what seemed to be her boss. He read the man's mind, nothing came up. He looked to Alexis, signaling that so far nothing.

"Maybe we should try the archives.....they have the information here right?" He asked.

Alexis was used to acting like she was just a regular member of the Order. It was how she got by between council meetings. They all did really. How else were they to remain anonymous? Lock themselves up in a secret location and only see the world a little at a time, terrified of someone finding out who they were? It was easier just to assume a more invisible role when visiting other Quarters than their own, like she was at the moment.

"Excellent idea, we need to get your access to the archives reinstated anyway," she said with a chuckle and bid the senior agent farewell. Alexis had visited these Quarters before, when they were brand new, so she knew the basic layout. It didn't take too long to find the archives and locate the head Archivist. All the Librarians were quietly working on something big, so it was easy to pick up on who was the leader among them.

Alexis had a bad feeling about this whole thing, she didn't know why, but the Archivists always spooked her. "I want to see the files on Jack Stone and Damien Fountaine," she said, knowing full well that whoever was behind the rebellion would have access to those files somehow. Hopefully Damien wouldn't flinch at hearing his name.

So far, their was nothing out of the ordinary, nobody's thoughts were guarded and when he could, there was nothing concerning the attack on the town alpha. He looked around the library, reading the.librarians minds. One stuck out because his mind was guarded. Damien stared at the vampire, trying to get around but his telepathic power couldn't access. He looked back to Alexis, the librarian refused her request, he read her mind and heard her thoughts, cocking an eyebrow at what he heard concerning that their files weren't even in the library but in a high ranking members hands.

He gently pulled Alexis by her arm, quickly leaving the archives. He sent her what he found out telepathically. "The leader knows and the librarian knows who has both Jacks and for some reason mine." He said.

It didn't really surprise Alexis much when the archives were where they found their first lead. In her experience, the archives were where a lot of secrets were kept and also where many secrets were whispered over the books. She'd spent enough time around librarians over the years to realize that they knew too much at times. If it hadn't been for Gabriel's excessive training, they would most likely have been able to hand her whatever it was she was looking for the moment she started asking questions.

Upon having her request denied, Alexis frowned slightly. After Damien pulled her out and told her what he'd found, she was quick to re-enter the archives and pull the Librarian aside. "Do you have any idea who I am?" she asked quietly as pulled the one keeping secrets into an office of sorts and shut the door behind them once Damien had entered. "Tell me who has the files, and I may let you out of here with your life intact," she said, keeping her voice down and remaining ice cold about it. Since the Librarian in question was also a vampire, Alexis broke her neck when they were done with her, leaving her body fully visible as the blonde stepped out of the office and back into the main archives.

"I asked to see some files, not anyone else going to refuse me?" She asked, putting a hair behind her ear before looking at the people left in the room. "Correct me if I'm wrong, but an Archivist can only remove files from said archives with explicit permission from either Council. Where is your Archivist today?"

A few of the librarians were surprised at the display that Alexis was putting on. Damien remained quiet, he was looking around the room and noticed the leader had already left. Damien looked to the other librarians who looked somewhat nervous about them being there. He quickly followed the trail that the leader had left, looking around in the.empty halls when he felt a pair of a arms grab him. He was suddenly taken into a empty room, hearing the door lock. He looked at whoever it was that grabbed him and glared at the leader of the archives.

"Damien Fountaine, I've waited since hearing about your fight wuth Talbot to met you." The man said.

Damien was quiet, trying to get past this barrier that the vampire had put up in his mind. The vampire chuckled."Its useless trying your telepathic ability on me." He added, taking steps forward. Damien took steps back, feeling his back hit the wall. The man gripped his chin, forcing Damien to look up at him."The man you are looking for will be please to know that you two ghave finally made it...he had a feeling that this.might happen since that hunter was killed by the towns alpha." He added.

No one seemed to argue with her statement about the council. Yet no one seemed willing to show her to their archivist. It wasn't often that she lost her cool with people, but these librarians were asking for it. There was a simple reason why she had been the one to clean up after Arya over the years, because she looked so much like her sister, she could pass for the other easily enough and that meant she had learned how to be ruthless as well as kind and gentle.

Before she knew it, Damien was gone. She'd turned around, expecting to see him still standing by her side only to find that his curiosity had gotten the better of him. Damn that vampire and his creator to hell. They were all too curious for their own good at times. It was a sad fact that doors that locked around the Quarters were enhanced by magic so no supernaturals could pry the doors open. So naturally when she found her way to the where Damien had disappeared she was pissed.

Leaving the archives for a moment, she stepped right into someone, only to notice that there was no one there. She grabbed the arm of the werewolf next to this invisible person she could neither smell nor hear and pulled her aside. "Why are you here?" She asked quietly.

Valerie was surprised when they ran into someone like that, she'd hardly expected Amber to be too distracted to just walk right through people instead of into them. "Someone sent a hunter after my alpha and I'm trying to find out why." she replied as she pulled out her own necklace to show she really did belong there. "No one can know about my friend here, I was asked to bring her to prove my innocence in the whole matter," Valerie explained quickly.

So Alexis introduced herself and they agreed that since they were working on the same project, they might as well try to work together to uncover this conspiracy. It wasn't until she realized that Ghost could actually walk through walls that she approved on the invisible girl being with them. She had the perfect assignment for the girl and sent her to enter the room where Damien was being kept.

Amber quietly entered the room through the walls and removed the charm that shielded her from telepathy. "Try to get him to talk," she projected at him, or at least tried her best. She had no telepathic abilities of her own, but a friend had taught her how to focus her thoughts and make it easier to keep a conversation going without using actual words. With that said, she approached the vampire and actually stepped into him, trying to control his body. She'd never done such a thing before, and quickly fell right out of him. Luckily she still managed to keep herself invisible, even if she had appeared for just a brief moment before turning invisible again.

Damien smacked his hand away."Whos your leader?" He demanded. The vampire just.looked at him with a chuckle."Like I would tell you, I do have to take you to him of course, but you won't know his name." He said, grabbinf Damiens arm when suddenlyhis grip went slack and he felt another presence and heard a voice telling him to read the man's thoughts. He did just that, getting a first name before whoever it was that helped him was cast out.

Damien knocked the man to the ground, the two went at it before Damien broke the man's neck, he tied him up with a special bonding material that could bond vampires. He felt a presence now but didn't know who it was.

Amber huffed slightly and snapped the charm back on her arm, shielding her once more from telepathy. As soon as Damien had broken the other vampire's neck, Amber made herself visible again. The threat was dealt with for now and Damien already knew she was there. Chuckling slightly as she brushed herself off, Amber introduced herself. "I'm Amber, I'm not supposed to be here, so I'm gonna disappear again, just trust me for a moment,"
With that, the superhuman turned herself invisible again and grabbed Damien by the hand before she tried to get him to the wall. "That guy deserves to be locked in here, so I'm taking you through the wall. It takes some getting used to, just don't let go of my hand and it'll be over in a moment," she said before she started walking through the wall.

Alexis was waiting in the archives alongside Valerie, impatiently tapping her nails on the table, unaware of what was truly going on inside the room where Damien and the superhuman had been locked up.

Damien blinked when she suddenly.appeared.infront of him like that. She could disappear at well, that was actually a really cool ability. He looked back at the vampire that he had broken his neck, the vampire was still asleep, but he at least had a name even if it was only a first. He nodded, watching her disappear and felt her take his hand. He closed his eyes as they disappeared into the wall and ended up on the other side.

He looked around the hallway, seeing Alexis and a werewolf. He quickly went over to Alexis."The leaders name is Antonio." He said.

Alexis turned when she heard Damien approach. When she heard the name, of the leader. Turning to Valerie again, she told the werewolf to get the superior before she turned back to Damien. "I know the perfect way to get that witch," she said with a smirk. At least she knew the perfect way to dispatch of him.

"Once we get him, we'll give him a proper trial, get Marcus to turn him before handing him over to the werewolves," she said with a chuckle. It was an excruciating way to go, but they usually found excruciating ways to get rid of traitors. Sighing slightly, she knew it wouldn't be easy to find Antonio if he was as good as hiding as she remembered him to be.

"His a witch?" He asked. He wondered if this witch was on this building. He looked around the hallway, there wasn't anyone around but them."We need to work fast, something doesn't feel right." He said. "Are you really going to feed him to the wolves, that would be a terrible way to go." He added with a smirk.

Alexis just nodded at the question of Antonio being a witch. With that, she walked over the one of the phones in the room and dialed up the head of security. After confirming who she was by giving him a long string of numbers, she started giving orders: "I want a full lock-down. No one comes or goes until I give the all clear. I also want someone to help me search through the Quarters," she said, being all authoritative instead of giggling and girly like most people knew her.

Mere seconds after she'd called, a message was given over the PA system telling everyone to remain in their current location and don't panic. They claimed it was just a drill though to make sure people didn't understand the real reason since the Security detail hadn't been given all the details.

Turning back to Damien, Alexis smirked slightly. "He wants to take you away, which Marcus will want to punish him for and he tried to kill the alpha, which the werewolves will want to punish him for. Doing it the other way around simply wouldn't have the same effect and might put your maker in danger. If you ever consider joining the Order, you better think twice about betraying it. Depending on the severity of your actions, most traitors end up dead. A very few escape with just no memories at all." She agreed that it was a terrible way to go, but the witch certainly had deserved it.

Now that a small security team had joined them in the archives, she turned to Damien. "Search them, if they're clean we begin looking. He can't get out of the building right now without help from their people."
