They moved back to the office after he'd looked at the dorm number they'd just visited to remember which room to fill out an application for. The witch's heels really didn't bother him as all as he'd still rather spend some time with a very strange witch than answer silly questions on the phone.

"I suppose the actual move would depend on how much you need to redo the room, but we can get the paperwork bit over with now and you should have the keys within the next two or three days." Picking up one of the binders on the shelf behind his desk, he flipped through the folders in it until he reached the room in question. Pulling out the entire folder, he handed it to the witch.

"There seems to be quite a lot of rules and stuff to read in addition to papers to sign, but I'll just leave you to it and be available for any questions you might have." Handing Dahlia a pen, he pulled a laptop from a drawer at the desk and started typing away at a letter for the school about making the dorms more accessible. After all, he was surprised himself to find that the school had not been updated.

Dahlia listened as she followed the vampire back to the office. She couldn't help grinning at the mention of redecorating the dorms. She wanted her brother to live here comfortably after all since she couldn't be there.
"I don't mind signing my time away for the day. My brother is top priority over anything else."
She had a sing-song tone to her voice as they entered the office. She took the binder with grace before sitting in one of the chairs. She didn't take the pen offered to her but instead pulled one from her pocket that looked to go with her dress oddly enough. She was turning through each of the pages, looking to make mental notes as she did so.
"Now how many of these pesky papers will i be signing? Hope none are to be done in blood."
She gave an unnerving sounding chuckle, one that would scare many a human but this witch was not full of malice, just a bizarre form of madness that worked well with her love for her brother.

This witch was an odd one and he didn't quite know what to make of it all or her for that matter. Still though, he figured it was best to just leave her with the paper work so he just worked on the letter to the school for her. At her question however, he merely chuckled.

"Well, if you fill out the first basic form properly, I can do the rest for you in a fraction of the time. And signing things in blood is just creepy, especially with the amount of vampires going to school here." He meant it though, he'd much rather help her fill out papers than be stuck with questions he couldn't answer anyway. He'd definitely talk to the principal about this crappy dorm duty though, maybe convince the guy to let him just teach his one class and be on his way. Seriously, he had more important things to do.

"We'll get your brother all situated as fast as possible love, after all, can't have him missing anything when he gets here." Finishing up the letter, he attached it to an email and hit send. "There we go, at least the accessibility will be taken care of now," he smiled at her and closed the laptop.
