He listened to what the other was saying and now couldn't help but to wonder if Casey would have even helped him if not for this contract....would the dragon merely left Alec to be raped so he could feed off those emotions that he was for sure sky high? He wasn't sure if he even wanted to know the answer to that one or not, but couldn't help but to ask since it would probably eat away at him.

Would you have saved me if we hadn't made a contract? He asked now, looking at Casey, alittle unsure of the answer he would get.

Casey was mostly just lounging now, not moving as it was very much content with this situation. It could pick up on Alec's feelings though and wondered what was bothering the human so. Orange eyes looked up curiously before blinking a little confused at the question. The dragon sat up now, its eyes looking very much confused sill as if not understanding the question when the matter was actually if it believed its own feelings. Casey may eat emotions and pick up on them but when it came to its own feelings it was always very much confused.

"I only made the contract to keep you from being turned into my own victim....meaning if I could understand my own emotions I would say yes I would have still saved you."

It leaned in closer to the human, eyes calmer now but not by much as it smiled.

"I haven't been black with rage in a very long time, since protecting my sister a century ago, so you must be important to me somehow. I just don't quite get it."

It then kissed Alec's forehead, a devilish smirk on its lips for a moment before it laid back down, eyes starting to shut again as the dragon relaxed.

The answer somewhat confused him, but he decided to just put the whole thing to rest now and couldn't help but to smiled some at the other leaning closer to him and wrapped his arms around Casey and laid his head on his chest. He looked alittle surprised at what the other said...he was.....important to Casey? He didn't understand what that meant but didn't blink when the other kissed his forehead.

I haven't really been important to anyone besides my parents... He mumbled softly and sigh.

casey was still being calm and relaxed even as Alec stared at it confused. It didn't mind the other staring or even hugging it as the human was doing. The statement just made it chuckle, the sound still oddly dark even though it had no malice in its mood right now.

"I'm sure there's some human or inhuman male that has a soft spot for you. "

The dragon seemed to be giving a low pur as it opened its eyes to look at Alec. It was still smiling kindly even though it was starting to grow curious if the human had a special someone outside the walls of the cemetery.

He shook his head at what Casey said. No.....there really isn't anyone.....I mean most of the time, guys only like me because of how I look...not because of who I really am. He admitted with a small smile and curled up close to Casey. He had a feeling that there wasn't anyone special in Casey's life, mainly because he was stuck in this grave yard.

Casey couldn't help to lift a brow in a state of shock that Alec didn't have someone outside of this place. It could relate with there bing a focus on looks, though the dragon's was more in the form of powers than appearances. But it's entire existence was made by fooling the eyes, so it knew everything about creating perfect image to capture.

"I can see that being a great issue. I suffer with such a curse myself, but its more for my powers after others learn what all i can do."

That's what it was created for after all, to be used as an instrument of torture or lust by those that contracted it. Casey sighed at that fact, not really letting it get to it but knowing it survived on the needs of others like a whore sometimes really got to it on occasions.

He kinda wondered what exactly goes on during this other contracts that Casey had. It always seemed to bother the other some whenever they talked about a subject that made the other start to think on his past contracts with other people. Alec didn't understand if they were so bad then why did the dragon agree to the terms in the first place?

Well I am not using you for anything..... He said with a bright smile.

Casey let its eyes slide closed again as it heard Alec speak. This contract wasn't like any of his from the past. in fact it was far too relaxed for it to be like most of its contracts to begin with.

"Our contract isn't like all the other contracts though. This one was made to protect the human that made the deal, while in most it is made for selfish need of the human. Like say sex is all they want or the power to inherit mass amounts of money, that's exactly what they get and I get something in return. Usually its a soul or something worth my wild, but your payment is very much gentle with just being my company."

It had a smirk on its lips at that. Casey never thought it would have to go so far as to have a contract for company of any kind, though he really didn't know what sort of company Alec even counted for all things considered.

He listened as Casey started to explain his past contracts. It bothered him for some reason that people would actually use Casey like that....and that Casey would just go along with it. He would never make some deal with someone if they could have sex with him whenever they wanted. He just looked at the other now and sigh softly. It doesn't bother you that you are being used like that? He asked.

He did wonder now at what Casey said about this contract being used to protect the human? Did he mean him? He thought that this contract was made to keep the dragon company? Are you talking about protecting me? He asked.

Casey stopped with its smirk and gave a rather calm but oddly off look to the human at the question. The dragon directed its eyes to the ceiling this time as it spoke, not wanting to make eye contact suddenly. It had many thoughts on how it felt about all the contracts, but in all honesty without the dragon had no protection from light and anything holy.

"I just try not to think about them. It's just how ive managed to survive."

It didn't like to dwell that it felt hurt and shamed most of the time as it was treated rather harshly by all but a handful of contractors in its 200 and 18 years of existence. Casey gave a soft yet sad chuckle at the question on the human being protected in the contract as Alec. Its eyes remained on the ceiling, a soft smile on its face as its eyes and hair were grey in color.

"Yes I am. You see with how i am usually so ill treated by contractors I tend to take it out on others not in such relations with me. Its why I play games and try to find my own entertainment in their torture because I myself go through much much worse most of the time. I wanted to keep my mind clean for once so I made the contract to keep you from being turned into my meals."

Casey sighed not liking this topic at all. Sure it only had two contracts right now, but it wasn't all that fond of how the town treated it. The dragon was always 'Owned' by the witch of the council in a sense. the last one wasn't too bad unless she was extremely pissed off. The current witch, Dahlia, however would toy with its requirement to be obedient to her or tease it with pain by bringing holy relics close to its home. That was usually reserved for punishment though when Casey just couldn't take being locked up in this graveyard.

Guess Casey wouldn't go into much detail on the whole thing and respected that. He just nodded at what the dragon said about the whole ordeal he went through, still not fully understanding it but just said nothing. He wondered if he even wanted to know everything, it would probably only make him upset with how people treated Casey.

He nuzzled his head more into the dragons chest now, smiling some at what it said next and moved a thin arm across Casey's chest and sigh softly, closing his eyes now and started to drift into sleep.

Casey liked that Alec wasn't pressing about its past. It just annoyed it or made it feel bitter talking about its past. The dragon noticed how the human smiled at what it said about the contract, only to watch as the human started to drift into sleep again. It didn't need sleep anymore and chose to just lay there watching the other, even moving a hand to run though Alec's hair. Casey couldn't understand how humans could sleep so much, but then again Alec hadn't exactly been found in a good environment or mood. It wondered what time the other would need to be returned to the surface, as the dragon liked to all the town, while starting to hum something out of its boredom.

He felt his hair being played with and smile some in his sleep, nuzzling his face into his neck. When he woke, he looked up at Casey and saw the other was still awake. Had he stayed there all this time? He pecked a kiss on the dragon's lips and sat up, stretching some and ran a hand through his hair. Is my face any better? He asked, lightly touching he bruise that was on his face and winched some from the slight soreness. It didn't hurt as much as it used to and the swelling had completely gone down.

Casey observed the smile with a smirk of its own as Alec started to wake up. It was starting to make it a habit of observing the other in some form as it accepted the peck to its lips. It didn't move from where it lay as it just watched Alec with careful eyes, its hair and eyes a soft orange color. At the question on the bruising on the other's face, Casey sat up so as to get a closer look. It had noticed that the swelling had gone down but there was still the splotchy color of bruising to Alec's cheek.

"It's healing nicely....I can conceal the bruising with glamour if you dont wish for others to see it."

The dragon was being concidarate of how humans never wanted to show weakness, with most having more pride than humility, Casey was more than willing to help the other feel less like he needed to hide it.

"Let's see your other injuries..."

It was words mumbled more than anything else as Casey moved closer to Alec to see how bad or better healed the rest of the bruising was, not seeming to even care if Alec put up a fuss about it or not as the dragon's hands put light pressure here and there to feel how deep the bruising went.

"You could?" He said with a smile. He watched Casey sit up and blinked at what the other said and winched some at the pressure on his cheek. He whinned and moved his face away from Casey and pouted some."It hurts...." He said and rubbed his cheek. He sigh softly and just wanted to be close to Casey now.

He couldn't help but to straddle the others waist know and wrapped his arms around his neck and laid his head under his chin.
