Want your character to have a board of his/her own as their living space rather than posting in the generic housing board? Maybe your character has a family and a family home would be worth looking into? Well, here's all the info you'll need.

To make sure the boards don't get overly full of housing boards, you need to remain active once you've acquired a board for your character. If you go away for a prolonged time, your board will be hidden, so you'll just have to ask a moderator to make it visible again when you return.

So... How to go about getting a housing/shop board:

• You must have been a member for at least a month and/or participated at the site and made at least 50 posts (not including the out of character boards)
  
• You must provide a detailed board description so the moderator making your housing/shop knows exactly how to describe the room/house.
  
• Remember that having a board for your housing/shop is a privilege, not a right and please be patient =)
  

The same qualifications apply for a shop for your character if they are running a small business as it does for housing.

If you've already created a shop/housing board for one of your character and wish to make one for another, you can either have a moderator hide the one you already have in favor of the new board, or if you fulfill the following qualifications you can have two boards:

• You must have been a member at the site for at least two months and/or participated in at least 200 posts. If you have more than one character, this would be the minimum of total posts between all your accounts. You don't have to have at least 200 posts with the character you wish to create another house/shop for.
  
• Provide a detailed description as before.
