At first glance, school is just like any other high school, only difference is the students are free to be open about being werewolves, vampires or whatever. In addition to regular classes, some teachers offer classes specifically for a group of supernaturals. School is neutral ground, fighting amongst the groups is frowned upon.

In addition to its school for the gifted, the town of Bitter Springs also has a community college known for its art and music program. Naturally you can major in a lot of other things as well. The campus is made up out of a bunch of separate buildings surrounding a small, park like area.

The perfect place to hang out with friends, get a drink or grab a bite if you're hungry. They serve alcohol if you're old enough or have a decent fake I.D. Every Wednesday night is open mic night and they try to have live entertainment at least every other weekend. It also occasionally moonlights as a strip joint.

It isn't the biggest mall there is, but it's got the essentials. Located on the outskirts of town, this is the newest addition to the town as far as big buildings go. Starbucks, clothes and other essential, mainstream shops are located here.

The town hall is one of the oldest buildings in town. It used to be the residence of the mayor back when the town was founded but has since been renovated to serve as a public building. Important town meetings take place here as well as the occasional fundraiser or school dance. It's also where the town council convenes in their private chambers. The building also houses the mayoral offices.

Smaller shops owned by the townsfolk are located in various older buildings of downtown. These stores usually specialize in stranger things than the mall shops do. Antiquities, specialized clothing, magic supplies etc..

The forest starts at the edge of town and extends far outside the boundaries of town. There are tall, old trees, younger trees, clearings, smaller lakes and lots of things to do. You'll find hiking trails through the woods, but be careful; this is a place werewolves like to run as well as a hunting ground for some vampires.

The rich and luxurious live here. The houses are further apart than the other housing areas of town, allowing for bigger gardens and pools as well as more privacy from nosy neighbors.

This is where everyone who isn't filthy rich live. You don't have to be poor to live here and a lot of the apartment buildings are actually quite nice. The houses are just smaller and closer together here. Less grandeur to put it simply.

The Quarters serve as a safe house for the members of the Order. It also serves as a place to study and be around equals. The order does not care about what species you are and you'll find them all in one form or another within the safe house at all times. The basement is filled with old records of supernatural beings, tracing lineages as well as recorded abilities. The basement also contains a vault used to store valuable objects left behind when the supernaturals have moved on from a place.

The archives are kept by a group of members commonly referred to as the librarians or the keepers. There must always be at least one member of this group in the archives at all times, ready to serve and to help other members of the Order find what they are looking for down in the basements. It's a vast and unfamiliar place, without their help you just might get lost down there. You'll find records, relics, old spell books or general reference material down here among other things.
