Marcus knew he was breaking his promise to Damien by coming there, but that was also why he didn't interfere. He was going to let Damien handle the situation, only to step in at the last possible moment to save Talbot's life. The other male had to answer for his behavior in the councils of old, that was the only reason he would save his friend from Damien's wrath.

Talbot had stared at Marcus for a moment too long as he was suddenly smacked in the head with a huge rock and knocked to the ground. He could hear the newborn practically beg Marcus to go get her bow, but she was told to stand her ground and not move.

Getting back on his feet, Talbot charged at Damien, ignoring the flames and wanting to just tear the younger vampire to shreds. "Do what you have to, but don't kill him," he heard Marcus say from the sidelines, still unwilling to stop the fight that was going on right in front of him.

Finally Talbot charged. He was knocked.to the ground, but got back up and punched the ground, dragging his fingers as he Tran towards the other and finally lift his fingers up from the ground. Huge rocks, some where razor sharp and others were just huge and round cane flying towards Talbot. It was needless to say that Damien had perfected his nature base power over the centuries. He never told anyone this, but he spent nearly a century training himself and even went to places around the world where the elements were most strong and trained. Recently he figures put that he could have his whole body engulfed in flames, but it drained him and didn't like using it.

Talbot hadn't expected Damien to be so strong or confident really. His impression of the boy had always been as weakling, and he hadn't put up much of a fight in London either. Why was he suddenly releasing all his anger like this? What had happened to make him reveal his true colors? Talbot managed to dodge most of the rocks that came flying at him, but one of the sharper ones hit its mark and pinned him to the ground.

Marcus was impressed with Damien's control and how well he could actually stand his own once he had his mind set on it, but this was as far as he could let it go. Talbot was down, and by the looks of it not getting back up again as that rock seemed to have impaled him. Using his own speed, he stepped between the two fighting warriors, not afraid of what Damien would do to him for interfering.

"That's enough, Damien. Let me take him back to the council so they can deal with him." He was proud of Damien though, and that pride was present in his tone of voice, but he didn't make a move to do anything, he just stood there, between Talbot trying to free himself and Damien ready to unleash even more hell. He wasn't there to try anything with Damien, he was there to make sure Damien wasn't hunted down by other vampires wishing to exact vengeance on him for killing Talbot.

He knew that one should hit the mark and smirked when one did. His backyard was torn up, but that was a small price to pay. He looked over to Marcus when the man finally stepped between the two and this time it wasn't for his protection. He glared at Talbot, before looking back to Marcus before calming down, the.fire that had engulfed his arms had deceased finally.

"Help Marcus, Gale." He said. He looked at Marcus, sadness.filled them then and couldn't help but to.almost.fall over, falling to his knees and looked so tired.

Talbot couldn't believe that Damien had gotten him like that. He couldn't believe that Marcus hadn't stepped in sooner either as he was still struggling to get the rock out of his side. What was his old friend thinking, letting his fledgeling get away with something like that?

Marcus turned to Talbot then and smirked slightly at him. "Let it go," he said quietly, before he pulled the rock out of Talbot's side. Looking over at Damien, he smiled sadly at his fledgeling. He wanted nothing more than to go to Damien and hold him close, but that wasn't his place at the moment. He looked at Gale and sent her to assist Damien rather than help him with Talbot.

The pink haired vampiress looked at Marcus before she did like that she was asked. She was going to listen to Damien, and she helped Marcus get Talbot back on his feet. It didn't matter if she didn't help Damien though, Guy was at his side now that the fighting was over and wrapped an arm around Damien to keep him on his feet. "I've got you, let's get you inside," he murmured, wanting Damien away from Talbot, regardless of the other vampire's damage.

He wrapped his arm around Guy, letting the other help him to his feet. He looked back to Marcus now, watching the pair get smaller and hey made it back inside. He sat down on his bed, getting his barrens straight. He looked up at Guy, running a hand through his hair."That's, the, longest and most I've used my nature ability." He said softly.

"Could you ask Marcus to come and talk with me when his done." He said softly. He had no idea if Marcus was going to disappear again or be away, but least he could know before he left that he needed to see him.

Guy was glad that Damien was OK. He was glad that Marcus hadn't tried anything at the moment, as he wasn't really prepared to make a stand against Marcus. It didn't matter how fond he'd gotten of Damien, there was no way he'd stand against Marcus, so he was relieved beyond words really that the other seemed more concerned with getting Talbot out of town.

"I'll leave him a message. I don't think he'll really be back until their are done with the Council. Talbot messed up by attacking like that," he said with a sigh. He hadn't wanted to have to leave so soon, but it was obvious that this was the beginning of the end. "You did good out there."

He knew that the end of Guy and him was coming to a end. It was clear that the other could sense it to and looked at the vampire worth sad eyes. He cared allot for Guy, obviously if he stood up to Talbot Guy and he got revenge for Talbot kidnapping him. He only nodded and looked down."Thank you.....Im not a weakling.....people think, that because I am pretty that I'm delicate..." He said.

He reached out and gently grabbed Guys hand."I don't want Talbot hurting you....I do care for you....", he said.

Guy couldn't help the bitter chuckle that left him when Damien said he did care for him. "I know you do, but you also still need to sort things out with Marcus. I'm just glad he just took Talbot and left rather than trying anything himself." He moved to sit down next to Damien and looked at the other. "You're wrong you know, people think you're delicate because Marcus never let them see you could be fierce. The boy I knew so long ago was anything but delicate," he smiled some at Damien then.

Human Damien had been defiant, he'd stood up for what he believed in and people knew he wasn't a pushover. It wasn't until Marcus started sheltering the boy that people started to look at him like a fragile, delicate thing. He didn't know if it had been intentional or if Marcus just wanted to boy all to himself, but it had made him desirable to a lot of the other nobles out there, thinking he was the perfect gem for their collections.

"I knew finding a way out for James and Arya was risky, but at least it seems like Marcus doesn't mind if he'd take Talbot away like that without trying anything for himself. And that girl is one hell of a shot, I was sure she was going to hit you when she shot that arrow..." He really didn't want to talk about leaving just yet, but he knew that it had become an inevitable subject for discussion.

He.never thought that he was a weakling, but others did and he put it down to Marcus just wanting him all to himself and people tend to want things that people had. He gave a small smile to what the other had said concerning him. "Your still the same....you haven't changed." He said with a small smile.

He wished that things could have bee different, but they wasn't."Marcus.wouldn't have done anything.....if he is being serious about giving me.spacw.and wanted.me happy." He said.

"Yeah, Gale is a good shot....she.used to be my pet and I'm her.maker, but it didn't work out..." He said.

Maybe people would stop seeing Damien as a weakling after he'd kicked Talbot's ass so completely. Especially considering Talbot was more than twice his age. Normally that would mean Damien should be the one barely held together, but thanks to his gifts he was stronger than most really. "I always valued my humanity too much to try to change," he said with a chuckle. He'd clung to the romantic idea that life was easier in the human world for too long really, until there was no way out of being kind to everyone as he'd made a lot of friends that way.

"Most humans aren't cut out to be pets, though it does seem like you've given her another shot by taking her in. I've barely noticed her while I've been here," he said with a chuckle. He wished things were different as well, but there was no way of changing how things would go. "If you want, I'll check into a hotel for a little while, so you can think for yourself."

Damien would want to still be in touch with Guy. Even though he won the fight he knew that Guy would have to leave because he broke a contract that was made so long ago. He heard Guys offer to check into a hotel to g give him time to himself and honestly thought that might, be the best thing. It would give him time to think things over and he still wanted to talk to Marcus. He reached out, gently touching Guys cheek and gave him a sad filled smile. "That sounds good....but don't leave without saying good bye okay...and I want to still be in touch with you. " He said. Guy was now in his too five most important people in thus, world, he did cherish the man and would actually mourn if something were to happened to him.

Guy leaned into the touch and returned the sad smile with an equally sad one. He did cherish Damien and the other had been a big reason why he hadn't given in to his darker instincts. It was something he was eternally grateful to both Damien and his mother for, they had given him a reason to try to live as humanely as possible. He'd only ever taken what he needed from humans, nothing more.

"I wouldn't dream of just leaving you without a proper goodbye, not after I finally found you," he said and chuckled slightly. "You're always welcome at my place, regardless of the reason, ok?" he said and leaned in for one last, chaste kiss. "Take care of yourself," he said as he got up, going to collect his bag. He hadn't really expected to stay for too long, so he'd never actually unpacked anything.
