He had no idea of thefisherman would survive or not, but didn't think the man would try to choke after Funny again, id he did, he would kill the man, he merely left a warning to the human that the siren wasn't going to be taken. He gently wiped the others tears." I won't let him take you....I promise." He.said, leaning over and gave the siren a soft kiss, smiling some to try and cheer the other up. Once he got the blood washed off, he gently moved the others hair on his good shoulder. "Is there anything else I can do?" He asked.

Finny's eyes looked the slightest bit surprised at Jack's response to his words. He let his eyes shut at the soft kiss, not sure how to handle all this. The pain was starting to full slowly, making him rest his head against the wall while his hair was moved.
"I need to sleep here...just for a little while....I'll be okay then."
He looked over and gave a small and somewhat pained smile, wanting to return. Some of the kindness. He set his head on the wall again, ready to slide and become completely submerged in the water.

He looked at the other, giving him a small.smile. "I'll let you.soak let me know of you need anything." He said. He would gave to Gerry.Kailah soon."I have to pick up Kailah, will you be okay here by yourself?" He asked. The baby.sitter was probably winding why Jack hadn't come by now. He sent her a message saying he would be on his way very.soon.

Finny was starting to slide into the tub, giving a nod that he could be left alone.
"I'll be okay..."
He then sank into the water, his body now fully submerged. He was lying on his side in the water, letting his eyes close as he started to sleep. He didn't move much, just his gills could really be seen moving while he slept.

When he woke up, he remained still for a bit. He was a little confused as to why he was in a bath tub for a moment before he remembered everything. He sat up with a start then, splashing a bit of water out of the tub. He touched his shoulder that had been injured, only to find scar tissue left. He sighed as he relaxed again, sinking some but not fully submerging himself. His reached to pull the plug on the water, knowing he'd have to wait a little til he was dry enough to stand.

He nodded and left to get Kailah. She was.happy to see her daddy. He got hone as quick.as he could, getting Kailah ready for dinner. Kailah had waddled away from her father while playing with her toys in the.living room. She pushed open the door, seeing Finny in the tub. She looked at him, moving closer. She smiled."Fishy..." She.cooed cutely.

Finny had curled up in the tub some now that there was no water to soak in. He let his eyes shut for a moment before the door was pushed open. He was expecting to see Jack but was surprised when little Kailah walked in. A soft smile came to his features as he kept his Lower body shielded from view. His tail had split at this point and he had legs, but he still had webs hands and gills.
"Hi there, where's your daddy?"
Finny held out a hand to the child, letting her latch into it if she really wanted to.

She of course took Finnys hand. Jack noticed Kailah wasn't playing in the living room, he called out for her till he found her in the bathroom. "Kailah, you know your not suppose to leave the living room." He said. Kailah looked up.at her father."Dada, fishy...." She cooed. He smiled some, gently picking her up. "His a siren." He said, giving his little girl a kiss. She was overly curious about Finny, trying to reach out for Finny. He sat down on the toilet, looking at the other."You ok?" He asked.

Finny smiled at the little girl, not minding her taking hold of his hand in the slightest. He picked his head up some at hearing Jack, giving a bit brighter smile at the wolf. He watched how the toddler behaved, unable to giggle some. He looked up at jack before showing him his now far more scarred up shoulder.
"I'm better for the most part. Where did you put my clothes? Don't need to walk around like this while she's home."
He couldn't help to smile at the child then, noticing how the child was so curious of him.

Kailah was always curious about new beings. He went and got Finny his cloths."I'll leave you to dress I'm making dinner, luckily I have some sea food left over." He said. He left Finny to get.dress, putting Kailah in her play pen and dragged it out to the kitchen so he could, keep a eye on her. She kept staring at the hallway, waiting for Finny to cone out. She was very curious.about him and wanted to be near him.

Funny nodded, taking his clothes back easily. He waited for them to leave before crawling out of the tub and drying off the rest of himself. He looked like a normal human at this point, now dressed and lookin like nothing ha happened for the most part. The only difference was his hair had been pulled into a low side ponytail, leaving his hair to cover up his recently healed shoulder. He walked out and down the hallway only to giggle at Kailah staring him down as if waiting for him to show back up. He walked over to where she was, leaning over the pen some so as to offer his hand out to her again.
"I can't tell if you like me or just curious ya little guppy."
He spoke softly to her, not wanting to be too loud around her for some reason.

Kailah smiled at Finny once he came back. Grabbing onto his hand."I think its a mixture of both. She's used to being around witches and werewolves, so your like a breath of fresh air." He said with a smile. Kailah wanted out, Jack lifted her up and watched as she waddled towards Finny, gripping his leg and chewed on a toy.

Finny looked up at Jack when he spoke up, smiling still. The siren was always amused by how Jack was so good with Kailah, it always stunned him a bit inside. He watched how the toddler walked over to him, unable to help giggle at how she grabbed his leg. He couldn't help to run a hand through the child's hair, smiling kindly down at her before looking back up at Jack.
"You cease to amaze me with this little girl, Jack."
Finny moved some so that he could be eye level with Kailah,, smiling and letting the child satisfy her curiosity of him.

"What makes you say that?" He asked curiously. Kailah looked up at Finny, reaching out and gently touches the sirens face. "Pretty fishy." She said, looking up at Jack before staring at the siren and smiled cutely. He watched her for a moment, returning to making dinner. He had prepared some shrimp, hoping that the other would like it. Kailah waddled off then, returning and handing Funny some toys.

Finny smiled at how Kailah was behaving, letting the child touch his face and talk to him. He looked over to Jack at the question while the toddler ran off to grab her toys.
"You used to just give off this bit scary persona the first I met you, but then I see how you interact with Kailah. It just proves the point of you being more of a teddy bear. Maybe a nightmarish one, but kind none the less."
Finny's attention was directed back to the toddler, taking hold of what ever toy Kailah was handing to him. He smiled as he tried to understand just what she was trying to do by handing him her toys.

"Oh really." He said and gave him a small smile. Kailah sat.down now, trying to put the blocks that matched the shape into the right hole. She handed Finny some of the shapes and looked at the other. "Dinners ready." He said. He picked Kailah up and put her in her high chair, getting her dinner ready. "Hope that you like.shrimp?" He said.
