Arya knew that it didn't matter if people found out where Marcus had been hiding her brother, they wouldn't get him still. More people knew where to find Damien now though, what with both Guy and Talbot coming to town and everything. No, she was the one who was the biggest danger to Damien's safety as she knew she was capable of letting people know where to find him if he got on her nerves again. It wasn't about Damien really either, it was about Marcus. He was the reason she'd told Guy where to find her brother and he would be the reason if she decided to tell someone again. So she remained quiet about people wanting Damien to himself still.

Standing up, Arya fished cash for her second drink out of her colorful purse and touched his arm gently. "Then what are we standing around here for?" she chuckled.

He smiled and stood up now, pushing through the crowd. They headed outside now, finding a more secluded area. He stood abd looked at her now, giving her a smile. He stared right at her, his blue eyes boring into Aryas before sending a wave of pain now coursing through the vampires body. He didn't intensified ir, but it was enough to make her realize that he could cause pain just from a stare.

Arya followed him outside, curious as to how this would really work. She needed to know if it was really true as she was desperately in need of replacing Marcus on this front, no matter how much she'd tried to change. Only thing that had truly changed was that she had stopped running to her maker for what she needed.

Standing outside, she looked up at him, noticing how truly intense his eyes were before pain coursed through her. She smirked at him and reached up to place a hand on his cheek, sending a slight shock through his system. "Impressive," she muttered, before removing her hand. It was just intense enough pain for it to hurt, and not enough to make her double over or anything. Just enough to make it pleasurable.

Chuckling, she pulled him close and kissed him.

Hee felt the light shock and smirked. "Ive been told that it is a impressive talent." He added. He kissed her back, breaking it."So is my ability worth your time?" He asked curiously, already knowing the answer. He had a arm wrapped around her, pulling Herr alittle closer to him. He could tell that this kind off relationship was going to be a interesting one

With a talent like that, Marcus suddenly became obsolete. Not that she'd really made use of him lately, but if things worked out she wouldn't have to anymore anyway. She would have someone completely of her own to do what she needed of them. Though it didn't really matter to her whether or not he would be faithful as long as she got what she needed. After all, she'd learned not to expect too much of people over the years.

"Do you really need to ask?" she murmured, allowing him to pull her closer like that before she smiled at him. Despite herself, she kissed him again. Arya really wanted to just talk and get to know Lorroune better, but it seemed her body had another idea entirely. Pain had always been intermingled with pleasure for her, so she pulled away and gently wiped lipstick off of the other with her thumb. "Can't have you wearing make-up, now can we?" she chuckled, though she didn't move away or any closer this time, she wanted to see what he was thinking or planning.

He had always found Arya to be quite the beauty, but he never approach her, mainly because when he knew here, hee still considered herself a newborn plus he did have enough respect for Marcus at the time to now try anything, but now hee saw Arya in a different light, so things were different now. He kissed back, smiling once she pulled away, chucking at her remark. "Not many find my power to be a blessing." He said, kissing the back of her hand."Would you like to go back to my place?" He asked.

Though she had had lovers over the years, Arya had never really been free to form relationships with people since she was turned. She had belonged to Marcus for the longest time and the man had only allowed her to have human lovers, if she even looked at another vampire she was severely punished for it. Then she'd belonged to James, though they soon came to a mutual agreement that they could bring anyone they wanted to their bed. It had been during that period that she'd turned her first few humans, all of whom she'd wound up killing because they were incapable of learning self-restraint. Now was really the first time she could choose freely who to have a relationship with, without thinking about the consequences or how it would affect her marriage.

"Not many people were brought into this life with Marcus at his most sadistic either," she smiled as he kissed the back of her hand. At the question, she nodded slightly. "I want to learn more about this gift of yours, though I do have a feeling this isn't the place for it," she mused and kissed his cheek, careful not to smudge any more makeup on him this time. "Do you have any idea how frustrating it is trying to fit in in a place like this?" With a chuckle, she pulled out the license she had made and showed it to him. According to said piece of plastic, she was Jennifer Grey and in no way English at all.

"Jennifer would never agree to go home with you, thankfully I can put her to rest for now." The blonde had no idea where the other had settled in town though, so she had to follow his lead.

He knew how possessive Marcus was of Arya, he had witness the man killing others for trying to try anything with the blonde, same went for Damien He did hear that Marcus had pretty much dumped Arya and went with Damien, the two didn't have any kind of thing anymore so he might as well move in and please the blonde wth his power. He used his powers mainly to control people or defeat his enemies, rarely did he use it for pleasure.

He chuckled at her words."Maybe you should go back to Eurpe if you want to fit in more."he uggested. Although he had moved out here, he still made a three month vacation back to his homeland in France, he was planning on going back in about two months when the end of summer would end and the beginning of fall would beging.

He smirked at the drivers license, shaking his head and lead her back to his car. He headed back to his mansion that was in the outskirts of town. It was a pretty huge place that was in a more private location. "Here we are."He said.

It was actually a relief to be doing something for herself for once. She'd doubted that Marcus had actually set her free until he hadn't showed up to drag her home that evening. She still hadn't ruled it out entirely, but she supposed she'd find that out later as right now she was doing something for herself for once.

"I do go back to Europe, but right now my place is here. I helped found this place after all, so either my ex-husband or I have to stick around and right now is my turn," she said with a shrug. She had always referred to James as her husband for a moment, but had caught herself before it was too late. It wasn't that she was sentimental about it, it was just that she had so recently gotten out of the marriage that it took some getting used to calling him her ex. Especially considering they hadn't had any kind of real relationship for centuries other than as friends.

The mansion was just that, a mansion, though it was more secluded than her own. It also appeared more modern in a way, but maybe that was just due to renovations. After all, she'd only renovated the inside of her place over the years. "I wouldn't have run into you here if I hadn't been sticking around, and I never would have learned how you really keep people in check," she smirked slightly though as she leaned into the male. She was curious just how intense pain he could cause if he put his mind to it, and was hopeful that she was about to find out.

He had learned that Arya had recently seperated from her husband. He had talked with Arya's husband only once and that was a t a party, the man was abit of a push over so he found that the man had no use for him. Marcus had apparently set up this arrange marriage for some deal he had. It was scary and annoying to some people how he could know so much about everyone. He had very strong connections with the vampire world, plus he had been around long enough to find out about things.

He unlocked the mansion door, closing it behind himself. The inside was extravagate, but had a old world charm to it. "I tend to want to know more about the world around me, being ignornat isn't a bliss." He said.

"So, what shall we do first love?" He asked, smirking at her.

Anyone who was someone in the vampire world probably knew how much of a pushover James could be, and they also knew by now that they had settled things amicably. They had nothing to hide, so why try to make something out if that it wasn't. Now she was back to doing what she did best and that was managing people. Despite no longer being involved with Marcus in any way other than purely professional, she still did a lot of work for him and also had to deal with a lot of the out of town stuff now that Marcus was back with Damien. The man could be so one-tracked at times.

"Only with all the facts can we make the proper decisions about things, being ignorant when you don't have to isn't bliss. It's stupidity. Luckily for you, I don't think you're stupid," she said with a chuckle. She loved the inside of the mansion much more than she'd loved the outside and would love to explore it more at some point, but not right now.

"Oh I have an idea for what we can do," she said and turned to face Lorroune again and reached up to kiss him again, more passionately than before. "Unless you had something else in mind?" she asked once she pulled away, studying his face for a moment.
