Personality:
Ever since she was turned, her most human emotions have been locked away. She'll still be happy about simple things because they amuse her, and angry when she doesn't get her way, but things like empathy and regret are sealed up, leaving her capable of being quite ruthless.

Jules doesn't understand what happened to her or why she was turned. Everything she knows, she's learned on her own. No one seems willing to take in a loner like her and she's slowly making peace with the fact that she's got to figure things out one her own or die. In the meantime, she doesn't have time for silly things like regret.

On most nights, she'll try her best to fit in wherever she is, until the hunger overcomes her and she can't help herself. On the really moody nights, she'll purposefully seek out a meal to at least satisfy some part of her darkened mind.

History:
Juliette lived a perfectly average life before the car crash that rendered her mother in a wheelchair and her little brother in a coma. They had always been a really close family and when the accident happened, Jules went to a dark place. She would go from school to the hospital and out with some friends who were a really bad influence on her. Her dad tried to stop her from going out, but he had to tend to his wife and son as well and she wasn't punished until after a few months when she was grounded for a month.

Still not talking to anyone about what she was feeling, she moved out to go to college. She was a completely different person than when she'd applied and quickly fell in with the wrong crowd and went to a lot of parties, which was also where she the guy that would literally change her life forever. Juliette still doesn't remember much about that night as the next thing she remembers is waking up in a coffin. It wasn't until she tried opening the lid that she realized she was buried alive.

The guy that had turned her had made sure she had to fight to stay alive, to make sure she could actually handle the life. Digging her way out of the grave, she was soon overcome with an unquenchable thirst. She tried drinking anything she could come over, but nothing helped at all, until she noticed the throbbing vein on a passerby's neck and jumped them before they could stop her. It felt so good to sate her thirst, she didn't want to stop, even after the woman was dead.

Until she stumbled upon Somber a few weeks ago, she's spent two months traveling, using whatever means she could to get around while traveling by night.
