Octavien is unable to remain in a strong physical form without the help of some form of magic. By latching onto a witch(though not limited to witches), he can use their magic to create itself a body while still maintaining control over its chosen host. this is more like a possession as it is able to control the host body like a puppet and push it beyond its normal limitations, this can result in the death of the host if Octavien isn't careful. this control goes beyond the body and lets him use any and all supernatural abilities the host has.

Personality:Octavien is very controlling and manipulative. he is always trying to pull the strings of his hosts to make them more compliant to his needs. he will find humor in people trying to take him down and acts in a rather mischievous manner. He will constantly toy with his host and those that hold the host dear to it by torturing them with pain and sometimes emotional strain just to entertain it while putting plans in motion.

History:
THe past of Octavian is a bit blurry other than that he was a great and powerful Demon Lord at one point in time over earth. He was knocked down from power and became a mere fragment of what he was, only able to survive by taking living hosts. He had drifted from host to host until coming across Bitter Springs, finding it to be the perfect place to build him back to the power he once had. He was able to have his last host attach him to an abandoned ritual site in the woods nearby, letting him lay in wait for the perfect witch that could be forced to align with darkness for his plans to raise his empire again, starting with controlling Bitter Springs.
