Finny let Jack lead the way to Kailah's room. He was very careful with putting her in bed, still singing softly while the alpha tucked her in. He slowly came to a stop with his singing, letting Jack take care of the child while the siren watched with gentle eyes. He smiled at being held, just feeling how hsppy the wolf was from both the kiss and the embrace. The two made their way out of the room, not minding in being moved out at all. He wasn't really sure what else to do, starting to think he should head home.
"I'm thinking I should get back to my apartment honestly, unless you want me to stay another night."
Finny didn't really want to leave but he knew he'd need to go back to his apartment eventually.

He nodded at what the other had said."No you should head home, Ican call a cab for you, I have really leave Kailah by herself." He offered and explained. He would have just given the siren a ride, he wanted gto make sure that Finny got home safely. Yeah, he was now acting like a wolf that constantly guarded its mate. He found Finny to be his and only his, nobody was allowed to touch him but him.

Finny smiled, knowing full well Jack would rather drive him home instead of call a cab.
"a cab will be fine. I'm well aware you can't leave the little guppy alone."
He gave a kiss to Jack, a soft smile still on his face as he pulled away. He collected his things which thankfully wasn't much before heading towards the door. He was glad to have spent time with Jack and even a little with Kailah.
