Bernadette had been itching to leave her house since she and her family had unpacked the last of the boxes. Both her and Bernard had grown a bit restless for a while, but Bernadette wasn't nearly as calm about it. Their mother had noticed her daughter was growing so restless, just sighing one day as the girl ran around playing some game with the dog.
"Ursa you can stop playing with Lola like that."
said brunette looked up from chasing the dog around in the backyard to look at her mother on the porch, expression confused before seeing the car keys in her mother's hands. Ursa's eyes couldn't help to light up at this, rushing over and giving her mother a near crushing hug.
"thank you thank you thank you!!!"
her mother could only chuckle as the keys were now in her daughter's hands, the girl rushing through the house to tidy herself up before heading out. Her mother couldn't help to call out the door as the young shape shifter left.
"Don't forget curfew, and behave yourself!"
Ursa just nodded at her mother as she left, already knowing where she was going to play.
Ursa had pulled up to the shopping mall, glad she had saved up the pounds she had exchanged for dollars yesterday on her. She parked before skipping into the shopping center. Her eyes were alight with curiosity of each little shop, unable to run into the pet store, though small, the place had. She would be working at the one her mom had been hired at for animal training, but she couldn't help listening to the gossip of the town from the animals in the shop, she made sure she looked like she was just adoring one of the kittens, but she was somehow holding a conversation with it, learning there was plenty of strange creatures like her around here. She left the shop though, waving goodbye to all the little critters and the shop keeper inside before moving around to find something to eat, she could shop fashion later but right now she wanted to see just what could be on the menu fast food wise.
