outfit~*~ Arya knew full well that she hadn't exactly behaved appropriately when the council had last convened and by the urgency in Jack's voice when he called her in it was clear that it really was serious this time as well. The only difference was that this time she'd gotten her life back in order and had decided to just tell Marcus where she was going and that she would be back to work when the town was safe. Her priorities were sorted out as well and she intended to solve whatever it was Jack was bringing to the table as swiftly and amicably as possible. Parking outside of the town hall, Arya used the side entrance to enter the building and walked straight to their private council chambers. This way she didn't have to deal with the humans working in the actual town hall and explain who she was or where she was going, until she finally opened the door and found herself in a seemingly empty room. In an effort to make everyone feel equal, one of the first councils had implemented a round table to make sure no one ended up at the head of the table. Over the years, they had just added another chair to the table to make room for the superhuman on the council. This council still seemed to lack a human counterpart, but Arya was sure it was only a matter of time before the right person for the job was brought in. Making her way over to the table, she lazily traced a pattern along the wooden surface as she walked around and stopped when she reached her chair. Sitting down, she pulled out her phone and continued to send people where they needed to be at the office while she waited patiently to learn what the big emergency was this time.

He had the pictures that he had gotten from his phone of and in the folder. He made copies of all the documents and pictures so theywwere aware of what was going on. He hoped that everyone would take this seriously as he did. Alreadyit was the.witchs turn tobe killed unless the killer decided to go after a vampire next then witch. It seemed the hunter had a pattern but he knew that killers tended to do something alittle new.
He had a feelingthat the description of the victims was strike a nerve with Dahlia and Arya, considering that they each had a love one who fit the killers choice of prey well.
he walked in and saw Arya was already there. He acknowledge her presence politely and sat down at his chair and passed out the folders to each empty spot before handing Aryas hers.

Arya looked up when Jack entered and offered a slight nod for a greeting before she finished her email and hit send. She would be managing her people from outside of the office until the council matter was solved, which meant her assistant was making decisions based on Arya's instructions. Hopefully her people would do good and still have their jobs when she returned, she didn't quite trust them though so this was good for all of them.
When handed the folder with pictures, the blonde couldn't help but look at his curiously. It wasn't until she opened the folder and saw the pictures that she started to see why they were called in. When she noticed the brands on the young people, she twirled her necklace thoughtfully around her index finger. "Who brought this to you Jack?" She asked finally, removing her necklace and placing it on the table. It was uncanny that she'd chosen that day to wear her crescent moon necklace given that that was the mark branded into the young people in the pictures.
The vampiress wasn't one to worry needlessly, but something about this whole situation tugged at her memory. Four dead teens, branded like animals... There was something familiar about the situation, she just couldn't quite figure out what it was. "It's already too late, isn't it?" She asked when she looked up at Jack again. It was the only explanation why the council was called in again. Someone had done this to one of their own towns people. These other pictures were clearly marked with the name of the down at the bottom, so there was no other explanation as to why it would be brought up in their town.

Dahlia walked in a bit quickly, not caring that she was under-dressed or that she wasn't as loudly dressed as usual. Since the possession of her brother she'd been busy with caring for him and the shop. Sure Vincent was starting to do better but at the same time he was hardly signing or trying to talk in any form with her. She always made sure her brother was taken care of first, the boy having one of his many doctor's appointments today before being told of something urgent the council needed to meet. She had both Andre and Hunter get Vincent to the doctor before rushing to the council office. She ignored some trying to talk to her as she walked into the council room, seeing Arya and Jack were there. "I'm here. What are we dealing with now." Her voice was firm but sounded drained of emotion, the madness she usually had sounding more murderous than cheery. She sat in her chair, not caring of much as she flipped through the file, eyes going from firm to angered as she looked at the images. She slid fingers over the images of the witch, the curly hair making her think back to her brother. She had rage in her heart now, knowing her brother, her apprentices, and all the young witches under her guard were in danger. She looked up only when Aric entered, the superhuman bowing like he was sorry for something before sitting and grabbing a file as well. He felt sick looking at the images of the victims, closing the file after feeling he had seen enough. Dahlia on the other hand looked up at Jack, eyes almost looking to burn. "How do we stop the beast doing this to the innocent young."

He looked through the folder he had create. The information in the one he had matched what they had so they were on the same page. He watched as Eric and Dahlia had finally join them, he watched as Dahlia looked through the folder and her eyea gave away that she wasn't happy with what she saw. He looked back to Arya at her questions."A vampire who is a.medical examiner, she had apparently dealt with this vampire before and wants to stop him before he kills again." He said.
He appeared calm but his eyes harden some at her next question."He killed one of my younger pack members....so yes it's too late for the wolves but may not for the witch, vampire and superhuman victim." He said.
He sigh at Dahlia's question."I don't know....I don't even know who is doing this....his next target would be a witch and he goes after rather young beings.....I'm going to be honest, Vincent is a perfect candidate to be the next victim so you want to keep him inside till we can figure out who this is...if any of you know someone whom you love and care for that fits the hunters victim if choice then you might want to keep them close." He said.

Arya wasn't really that surprised that Dahlia was gloomier than usual given the last time the council had convened under less than fortunate circumstances. This was just adding onto an already bad time for the witch it seemed. Looking at the pictures one more time when Eric and Dahlia did the same, she realized she knew more than one vampire in danger of being nabbed by this particular hunter and Marcus would not be happy if they were.
"Not to sound too morbid or anything, but are these all the pictures? No full body pictures or files on the previous victims to give us more clues as to who this hunter is? I need to talk to this vampire, Jack, I need all the details." Closing her folder of images, Arya laid her necklace on top of it and frowned slightly. It may sound a bit weird to want to have every little detail of how these victims were so brutally murdered, but she wondered if that might help her realize why it tugged at her memory.
"All of my so-called family, with the exception of Marcus fits the profile for a potential victim, I know you have some witches in need of protection as well, Dahlia. I can't really say I know much about your kind Eric.." Pulling out her phone again, she quickly texted Marcus to keep an eye on Gale, Alec and Damien for the time being and not let them out on their own. She didn't give too many details other than that they might be in danger and also texted Damien with the same information so he wouldn't think Marcus was just making up excuses to keep him at home.

Dahlia had the strong urge to ignite the photos she was holding as she listened to both Jack and Arya talk. She wasn't going to let anything happen to her brother or anyone else for that matter. it was near instinct then as she summoned Casey, her words hushed as she spoke to the dragon. SHe was going to keep her brothers and her apprentices home in her shop until this chaos passed, knowing to find another to send to warn the other witches of the town. She would go herself, knowing she didn't fit this hunter's M.O., so she would make sure everyone was safe.
Eric had to look away from the images, knowing he was going to have to tell his kind what is going on in some sense so they would know to hide. He knew he fit the bill of being a victim, but he would rather go through something this painful over some innocent kid just trying to get home. He looked over at Jack, questions in his eyes but didn't say anything as Dahlia started to speak up dismissing Casey to go collect her brother and apprentices so as to keep them safe and at home. "I'll make sure to warn the others. If you don't mind I'd like Hunter to watch Vincent from time to time until this passes. We'll need to protect one another from this sick killer if we're going to make sure the young ones come out of this alive."

He looked to Arya."Her name is Jace, she works as a medical examiner and is a vampire as.well." he told her. He closed the folder, trying to think on possible theories on who would be next. He looked to Dahlia now."I don't know....I am going to need him a lot I don't want him knowing what it's going on, I need him to be in his toes....." he said. He really didn't want Hunter knowing about this, the beta would be constantly wondering if Vincent was alright. He would have to guard his thoughts around Hunter and may have to limit the time that Hunter spent with Vincent.

Arya watched with a certain fascination as the dragon was summoned. She didn't pay too much attention as to what he was ordered to do though as frankly it was none of her business. Instead she returned her full attention to her phone. It was the one thing of modern technology she'd never thought she'd grow so attached to but now found she couldn't live without. It allowed her to work from anywhere and she used a moment to make sure her family really was safe. What she found out about the witch and Damien made her rather annoyed that everything always happened at once, but she figured it was best not to mention it at the moment as the others had more things to worry about.
When all she got on the medical examiner was something that sounded more like a nickname than an actual name, she went online and searched until she found a number she could call. Excusing herself for a moment she went to talk to the vampiress Jack had mentioned and returned two minutes later. "So.. It seems the good doctor Chambers can't come see us because it's daylight."
Once she returned to her seat, Arya picket up her necklace and her folder of images and sighed slightly. "It's clear we're not going to find a way to stop this hunter without warning our people first. How about we all go take care of business and return to make a plan in say two hours?" Arya knew full well that the other council members had more people to warn than her and that they were probably more concerned with who the hunter nabbed from their kind than she was. In fact, she honestly didn't care which vampire was taken as long as they weren't family and intended to spend her time in the morgue and figure out just why this was all so familiar to her.

Dahlia understood Jack wanting to keep Hunter away on some level and not letting him know of the situation. She just wanted any and all help she could get in keeping her brother and the twins alive. She snatched up the folder in her hands then, quick to rise to her feet. She had heard of what Arya said, agreeing that they should go make warning of their respected species in order to keep them safe. "I'll gain some help from some of my rats to alert the witches. Jack I may have a way that could protect some of our non-werewolf loved ones, but you'll have to stop by the shop. I'll be back in two hours." she didn't even let any further discussion happen as she made her way out the door, magic seeming to roll off of her in waves.
Eric on the other hand was quick to start gathering what papers he had, looking to everyone somewhat confused. He knew this was going to be a rather difficult task for him considering how many superhumans there are in town. He had a few whom he knew could help, but he was nervous it wasn't enough. He looked up at jack then, eyes seeming hesitant to speak up as he recalled the alpha having a partner that was part of the superhumans. My h-home is big enough t-t-to hide some of my group away. I know y-you're close to Adonis, s-so if you need a p-place for him, I c-can help..." It was clear he was awkward about the situation but he was getting antsy, trying to type out something on his phone to those he knew superhuman wise so they could start spreading the word.

He was quiet, trying to think of what he needed to do. More likely Hunter was going to find out anyway about there being a hunter who kills for the fun of it out on the loose, but he wasn't going to tell the beta that it was a witch thaf he.was after next. He looked at the picture of the.dead witch, it looked.eerily like Vincent that it made him shiver.
He folded the folder and.only nodded at what Arya and Dahlia had.said, watching them two leave. He started getting his things together when Eric approached him. He did wonder where he would have.Finny stay, he wondered if his cabin would besafer and smiled at the offer. "Thank you for the offer, but I have a.place where he can go, if you need extra.room then let me know.I have a place.that is.protected by magic and.unseen to anyone unless I want them to.see it." He offered.

Arya listened to the way Dahlia intended to warn her own people before she picked up her stuff and walked out the door. The first thing she did was to find a couple of younger looking vampires and give them the details on a need to know basis. After charging them with warning vampires to stay inside or not go out alone, she felt she'd done her due diligence and ventured to the morgue. "Show me the boy," she said the moment she'd entered the room where Jocelyn was busy writing up her notes.
Jocelyn really didn't appreciate the way she'd been spoken to on the phone, and she didn't like this Arya woman any better in person. Still, she knew the woman could make her life a living hell if she didn't comply so she walked Arya over to where Jeremy was lying closed up again on her table. She had to admit that it was fascinating to watch how methodically Arya went over every inch of the boy's body though, almost like she'd done this every day for however long she'd been around.
Once she found the place where Jeremy had been branded, Arya pulled her necklace off again and placed the pendant over the burn mark. It was so close to a match that Arya had no doubt in her mind that the branding iron used on these people was a perfect match in size and shape to her pendant. Looking up at Jocelyn from where she was standing by the boy's calf, pendant still pressed against the brand, she made up her mind and had Jocelyn pinned against the wall a moment later, pressing her arm against the redhead's throat.
"Someone will be here to take you to the council when the time comes, they'll have a ring for you to borrow. When asked why I sent you, you explain to them about the special sedative used on Jeremy and whether it was used on the others and how you know more about this killer than anyone. If they still ask, I'll be back as soon as I can. There's something I need to check up on that can't wait."
Releasing the redhead from her grip, Arya disappeared. When the time came, Jocelyn was picked up and taken to the council chambers. She knocked on the door, unsure if she'd be allowed to just enter.
