History:
Vincent hadn't started his life in a healthy environment, he was barely 2 years old before his father took him away from his mother and sister. He was brought to the Ashwood estate for a short period of time and mostly cared for by his father's sister. At the age of 5 he was moved from the estate and to Atlanta. He was completely in his father's care and became quickly terrified of the man and his rage-fueled training. Vincent's body was reletively weak to begin with, but it became near glass thanks to the strict and abusive hunter training. Vincent's magic became triggered by the pain and stress to his body and acted as a defense mechanism. This not only made his outer appearance alter, but also blinded or struck his father with spontaneous bursts of Light or dark magic. The training was growing closer and closer to killing Vincent until the child's body reached a point of surrender. His father had left him to "heal" in a small concrete room before starting the abusive training again. For three days 6 year old Vincent was left barely breathing until he was found by his mother and sister. The whole ordeal became a blurry memory as he "slept" for two straight weeks to recover from the physical and mental trauma.
He was able to recover from the entire mess but not entirely. it seemed the outbursts of magic had caused his body to grow weak in some sense, such as damaging his immune system. THey were able to counter act it for the most part but he would still get sick far too often. He got especially sick with the flu around the age of 10 that it somehow mangled his vocal chords when turning into a case of ammonia. He lost his ability to speak without it turning into a garbled mess of gurgles and slurs. He was able to develop a few neighborhood friends even after losing his voice. He seemed to become slightly more healthy after that scare but then an entirely different event would take place to make his condition worse.
After his 16th birthday he had ran out with a few of his friends to play near the woods near his aunt's house. He didn't know there were hunters out that night nor did his just as magic inclined friends. There had been two that chased the boys down, only Vincent was the only one having extreme anxiety over it. They were trying to rush back to his aunt's when he was tackled down, this being a push to make him align with darkness and slaughter the hunters. His nervous system had ended up being damaged in the process and he lost use of his legs.
Not long after this him and his sister moved away from his aunts and into Somber falls where Dahlia became part of the council. Vincent is doing his best in his new high school as he had been homeschooled up until this point due to his frail immune system and handicaps.
